Adapter

You can ask for adapters, chargers and converters at the reception.

 

ATM 

The hotel doesn’t have any cash machine. The nearest ATM can be found in Szigetszentmiklós or Budapest

 

 Bathroom

All the rooms have a bathroom, equipped with bathtube or shower cabin, toilette, sink, mirror, plug next to the mirror, as well as toothbrush cup, towel stand and a dustbin. In the bathrooms there are large storage places.

 

Bed

Single: 0,90 m x 2,00 m

Double: 1,80 m x 2,00 m

 

Bed linen

Bed linen is changed every 3 days. Upon request, for a fee, we provide clean bed linen daily. Please indicate your request at the reception!

 

Anti-allergenic bedding

please indicate your demand at the reception in advance.

 

Amenities:(toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, clothes brush)

If you need more amenities than provided in the bathroom, please contact the reception.

 

Air conditioning:

Heating-cooling can be set individually in the bedrooms, . Please contact reception for technical assistance.

 

Baby cot

Baby cot may be requested at the reception for extra charge.

 

Baby equipment, high chair:

We provide baby chair, and in the restaurant a children’s high chair.

 

Bathroom accessories 

In the bathrooms the dispensers placed in the showers and baths contains cosmetics for both shampoo and shower gel. Cotton pad, ear swabs, cosmetic paper towels and shower cap can be found in all bathrooms.

 

Breakfast

The buffet breakfast is available at the Frézia Restaurant from 7:00 am to 10:00 am every day.

 

Business services 

If you would like to scan, print or copy your documents for an extra charge, please contact the reception.

 

Check-in 

You can check-in from 14:00 pm. In case of early arrival, luggage can be stored in the luggage room of the hotel.

 

Check-out 

The hotel room is at your disposal until 11:00 am on the day of departure.  Please contact the reception if you would like a later check-out.

Late check-out (subject to availability):

HUF 5,000/room until 3 p.m., HUF 10,000/room until 6 p.m.

After 6 p.m., the full room price will be charged.

 

Cleaning 

Cleaning is done every day between 9:00 am and 17:00 pm. If you place the ‘Don’t disturb’ sign on the outer door handle, our colleagues will not disturb you. If you have any special request, please contact the chambermaids or the reception.

 

Clothes hanger

In each room there is a suitable number of clothes hangers.

Conference rooms 

Our 4 separable conference-rooms are suited for discussions, meetings, team-buildings, weddings and conferences up to 120 people. For more information, please contact our colleague by requesting an offer at the email address: gastlandm0@gastland.hu

All our rooms are equipped with translucent and blackout curtains

 

„Do not disturb”

Your DND card is hanging on your door handle. Please use it outside your bedroom door so that the staff is aware.  In case the DND card is hanging on your door the whole day, the room cannot be cleaned.

 

Doctor service: 

About the various medical on-call contacts, please contact the reception.

 

Duvet

Good quality  duvet in each room, for extra blanket please contact the reception.

 

Emergency exit

Please inform yourself where you can find the closest emergency exit to your room. You can find this plan on the room door, inside the room.

 

Electric current –

220V/50Hz alternating voltage (AC) is available everywhere in the building. Adapters for other voltages can be requested at the reception.

 

Extra bed –

Extra beds are limited available.

 

Extra pillow, blanket and changing of bed linen:

Please contact the reception if you need extra pillow, blanket and daily change of bed linen.

 

Fire and emergency - 

In our hotel, fire alarm equipment and powder extinguishers have been placed on all building levels. In case of fire, our guests are warned by a siren.

The description of the escape route is located on the inner side of the hotel room door.

Flowers and bouquets can be ordered through the reception.

Foreign exchange service –

There is no foreign exchange service at the hotel. The hotel bill can be paid in EUR as well.

 

Food available in the hotel

Every day of the week, from 07:00 to 22:00. The menu can be viewed at the hotel reception.

You can share your opinion on the guest questionnaire available at the reception or on our online guest questionnaire sent after departure.

Grab&Go:

The minibar in your room is empty. If you would like to take an item please ask the reception desk or choose one from our Grab & Go fridge in the lobby area available 24/7.

 

Hair dryer - It can be found in the bathroom of every hotel room.

 

Half-board - The buffet dinner is available at the Forrás Restaurant, every day from 12:00pm – 22:00 pm.

 

Hanging a suit bag

A closet/rack is available in the rooms to hang up your suit bag.

 

Heating/air-conditioning –

The system doesn’t operate if the key card is not inserted in the box located on the inner wall next to the entrance door of the room.  In hot weather during the summer, we do not recommend to set the room temperature 6°C lower than the outside temperature for health reasons.

The internet connection of the hotel is provided by ADSL line with the download speed of 10 Mbit/s and the upload speed of 0,5 Mbit/s.

Key card –

The door of your hotel room can be opened by the key card you are given at the reception upon arrival. Insert the card in the plastic box located on the inner wall next to the entrance to have electric current in the room. Remove the card please when leaving the room. The key card is valid until 10 o’clock on the day of departure. The card also functions as an information carrier, so, if you lose it, contact the reception immediately.

 

Laundry bag

Laundry bags can be found in the wardrobe.

 

Laundry services –

Our guests can request the service for an extra charge by handing down their clothes to be washed or ironed at the chambermaids. Ironing service will be provided within 1 hour of delivery of the garment. You can find a laundry bag and the laundry request form in the wardrobe.

Luggage storage, luggage room –

Upon early arrival or late check-out, the luggage of our guests can be stored free of charge in our luggage room until check-in/departure.

You can pay in cash (HUF, EUR), by credit or debit cards (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard), by ‘Széchenyi Pihenő’ card

 

Parking –

During check-in and check-out it is possible to park in front of the main entrance of the hotel. After that, our guests can park in the unguarded parking area situated in front of and next to the hotel. For hotel guests a closed car park with barrier is also available 100 metres far from the hotel.

 

Pets –

The hotel welcomes pets in limited number for an extra fee and with the compliance of the Hotel Rules and Regulations. Feeding & drinking bowl is provided in the room. Extra charge for pet: 20 € / pet / night.

Reception service

The reception service is open 24 hours a day, and can be reached on the phone 24 hours a day.  The reception staff speaks Hungarian and one or two foreign languages.

 

Reading lamp

Reading lamp on the night-stand is next to the bed.

 

Remote control:

you will find it in the rooms, please leave it in the room when you leave. If the housekeeper's colleague cannot find the remote control upon check-out, we can charge HUF 15,000 to your final bill.

 

 

Restaurant –

FRÉZIA A’la carte: Opening hours: 7:00am -10:00am, 11:30pm – 21:00pm. We kindly ask our guests with special dietary needs to forward their requests to the catering staff in advance.

„All You can eat” BISTRO: We are basically building upon the principle that all guests should eat dishes made fresh and of quality ingredients. We would like to spread the culinary delights we offer to a broadest possible range of guests, therefore we work with the all-you-can –eat Swedish buffet system and fixed, low prices. The great variety of dishes is not a problem either, because WEEKDAY the All you can eat is 3.990 Huf/2 hours/person, WEEKEND the All you can eat is 4.290 Huf/2 hours/person.

At the request of our guests, we are happy to reserve a table in the restaurant.

Room darkening

The rooms have curtains and retractable blinds.

 

Room equipment

All the rooms have,mirrors, dustbins, night-stands and shoe-horns.

Each room has a private bathroom.

 

Room light

In each room there are  suitable lights.

 

Seating

In each room we offer at least one seating possibility/bed and additionally a chair/armchair and a small table.

 

Safe –

The safe can be found in the wardrobe in hotel rooms. The directions for use is placed on the safe. If you have any problem, please call the reception. The central safe is placed ath the reception desk and available free of charge.

 

Safety box: Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unattended in the guest room. The hotel provides an in-room safe for your use and convenience. However, an in-room safe is not a substitute for guest safes maintained by the hotel and in no way modifies the hotel’s limitation of liability for loss of guest property. Please contact the reception desk for further information.

 

Security system –

Video surveillance and recording system operates at certain points of our hotel.

 

Sewing kit –

Sewing kit is placed in every room.

 

Sightseeing, trips

Please ask the reception for information about sightseeing.

 

Shoe cleaning –

Shoe cleaning machines are located in the lobby

 

Shoe polishing equipment –

We provide shoe polishing equipment on rooms. Please, contact the reception. Shoehorn is found in the wardrobe in the room

 

Smoking –

In accordance with the legal requirements, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. Violation of the policy will result in a 100 € fine. If the fire alarm is switched on by smoking, the fire service's exit fee will be charged to the responsible.

 

Souvenirs –

Souvenirs related to the hotel can be purchased at the reception or shop

 

Taxi –

You can order a taxi at the reception at any time of the day.

 

Television –

You can find information about TV programmes in the television system of the hotel.

 

Toiletries – We provide toothpaste, tooth brush or mini razor if necessary for an extra charge. Please contact the reception.

 

Towel - White room towels are changed every third day. It is possible to change towels daily if it is clearly indicated by throwing the towel onto the ground after use. Please, help our hotel operate in an environmentally friendly way, and only ask for the changing of your towels if it is necessary.  They are also changed every third day.

 

Transport services –

Please, contact the reception for information on transport services.

 

Umbrella –

You can borrow an umbrella at the reception.

 

Vegetarian cuisine, diet meals: you can choose from vegan dishes on the menu of our hotel, we indicate the allergen content of our dishes.

 

Wardrobe, cloths stand

Each room offers a suitable sized wardrobe with shelves for underwears.

 

Washable bathroom rug

In each bathroom in front of the bathtube/shower cabin there is a washable bathroom rug.

 

Wake-up call service –

24-hour wake-up service is available at the reception.

 

Water

The tap water is drinkable in the whole city.

 

Window shade

Each room has curtains, drapes or shutters.

 

 

 

Writing tools –

Notepad and pencil, letter paper and envelopes can be found in the room, otherwise contact the chambermaids.

 

Writing desk
